Limited Drop + Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Black Girls Golf Lifestyle. Our first apparel drop is produced as a limited small-batch release, which means each item is printed after the order window closes.

Because this is a limited drop and items are produced specifically for this release, **all sales are final**. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for size changes, color preference, buyer's remorse, or incorrect shipping information entered at checkout. Cancellation requests are subject to the terms outlined below.

Please review your size, color, quantity, and shipping address carefully before placing your order. Also, be sure to check the size chart for each item ordered.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We want you to love what you receive. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within **7 days of delivery** at info@blackgirlsgolfllc.com

Please include:

• Your order number
• Your full name
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once we review your request, we will determine whether a replacement, store credit, or refund is appropriate. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused unless the issue is related to a product defect.

Sizing

Our tees are printed on a women's semi-fitted cotton T-shirt designed to follow the shape of the body without being overly tight. This is not an oversized or unisex fit.

Please review the size chart on the product page before purchasing. If you prefer a more relaxed fit, we recommend sizing up one size. We are unable to offer returns or exchanges due to sizing.

Order Cancellations

Because limited drop items are produced based on the orders received, cancellation requests must be submitted before the order window closes. Once the order window has closed or production has begun, orders cannot be canceled.

Cancellation requests are not guaranteed until confirmed by Black Girls Golf Lifestyle.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued when required due to a damaged, defective, incorrect, unavailable, or unfulfilled item. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
